Hopefully, when your child faces a similar situation, they will remember how Doodlestix handled it and act appropriately. Each Doodlestix letter is intended to demonstrate in very practical examples the use of over 30 different character traits that are necessary for successful living and interaction with other people.

Each penpal letter from Doodlestix is personalized with the child's name. Complete your child's profile information and your child's subscription will begin the following month, but your credit card will not be charged for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with the letter(s) your child receives, simply log into your account and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription any time prior to 30 days and your subscription will be canceled and you will not be charged. You have to create an account to purchase a subscription. Click "Sign Up" from the home page. You'll be taken to a page that displays subscription options. Choose how often you want Doodlestix delivered (once a month or twice a month) and then how you want the penpal letter delivered (either by email or by postal service). Next, you'll provide a few details about your child. Each penpal letter from Doodlestix is personalized with the child's name. Once you have purchased a subscription, you can log into your account. Click "Log in" and you will be prompted to enter your user name and your password.

You can edit your child's profile from your member account page. If you are already logged in, click the "Member Home" link at the top of this page. If you aren't logged in, please log in via the log in link at the top of the page. Once you have logged in and have arrived at the Member Home page, click the "Manage Subscriptions" link. This link will take you to page listing your child's subscription. Next to your child's name, click the "Edit" link. Make any changes you wish to your child's profile and click the "Save Profile" link to save the changes you've made.

You will be sent a notice 3, 2, and 1 month(s) prior to the expiration of your subscription. Simply visit our website any time prior to the expiration date and you will be offered an option to renew your subscription. If you do not renew your subscription prior to the expiration date, you child will stop receiving letters from Doodlestix after that date.

If you already have one child signed up for a subscription, please log into your Member Dashboard and choose "Manage Subscriptions." On the "Manage Subscriptions" page, use the form on the right to add another child. Then choose the subscription you would like and proceed to checkout. Don't forget to fill out your child's profile after you've ordered your subscription!

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account and click the "Manage Subscriptions" link. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel subscription" link.
